Returns Policy
Faulty Products
If you need to return a faulty item, or an item received as a result of
a mistake by us, we will be happy to pay for the item to be returned to
us. If this happens, please contact Customer Services first, and we will
advise on how to return the product to us.

Other Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any other reason,
simply return the product to us in its original condition, including all
original packaging and documentation, within 28 days of receipt. If the
goods are returned as detailed above, we will issue a full refund for
the price paid for the item.
Please ensure that you enclose a note giving your reason
for return, name, address, telephone number, invoice number, and details
of replacement if required.
The product will be your responsibility until it reaches
us. You will also be responsible for the postage for the return parcel.
For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a
service that insures you for the value of the goods.
