Support Guides Policies and Procedures During the period of January to March 2004, we featured on our site jewellery bearing or comprising a cc logo, and jewellery which we referred to as “chanel”. It has now been pointed out to us that this cc logo and the word CHANEL are the registered trade marks of chanel limited, and we have therefore withdrawn the infringing items from sale. We unreservedly apologise to chanel limited for this inadvertent infringement of its trade mark rights. |
